Refund Policy for Daily.Dev Plus

At daily.dev, we are committed to delivering a great experience for developers. If daily.dev Plus isn’t the right fit for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

All daily.dev Plus plans are covered by a 30-day hassle-free refund policy. If you request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. After the 30-day period, refunds are no longer available, but you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Refunds apply only to the first purchase of a subscription. Renewal payments, including monthly and annual plan renewals, are non-refundable. If you cancel after the 30-day window, you will continue to have access to daily.dev Plus for the remainder of your billing period, but no partial refunds will be issued.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@daily.dev or reach out to Paddle, our payment provider, at help@paddle.com. In your request, please include your account details to help us process it faster.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Subscription Cancellations

Canceling your subscription stops future renewals, and you will retain access to daily.dev Plus until the end of your current billing period. Canceling does not trigger an automatic refund unless the request is made within the 30-day refund window.

If you want to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time through your account settings or via this page. Once canceled, you will not be charged again when your current billing period ends.

4. User Obligations and Restrictions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
1. Refund requests made after the 30-day refund period.
2. Subscription renewals, as they are non-refundable.
3. Partial refunds for unused time after cancellation.
4. Refund requests related to policy violations, such as misuse of our platform or breach of our Terms of Service.

5. Policy Updates

This refund policy may be updated at any time to reflect changes in our subscription offerings or payment processes. Updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
