Upgrade Scout reads what developers on daily.dev wrote about the library and version before you merge. ## What it does Give the agent a package and a version, a lockfile diff, or a PR. It searches daily.dev for release coverage, migration guides and breaking-change reports, reads the comment threads where people describe what actually broke, and writes a short brief per library: breaking changes, gotchas, a verdict (upgrade now, wait for a patch, or plan a migration PR) and the sources with their upvotes. For a PR review it ends with the questions worth asking the author. ## How to use it Point your agent at this plugin's SKILL.md and say: "Scout the upgrade from Next.js 15 to 16" or "Scout the dependency changes in this PR." Works in Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or any agent connected to the daily.dev MCP server or using a personal access token. ## What it needs Read access only.
