Kettering University entered two vehicles: a Diesel Utility class entry using a Mercedes OM660 Smart CDI engine on a Ski-Doo Tundra chassis, and an Internal Combustion class entry using a naturally aspirated Rotax 600 ACE engine with a custom control system.
