> As someone who behave slightly as these 3 characters, I have been seen as the bad guy where I work, so much that I had to sit back, and concentrate on doing only my job, no more calling out other employees, no more helping debugging someone else code, on a technology that they are supposed to be good at, and that I barely know myself.

> I dont really agree with the code review section. My whole job would be just reviewing code if I had to fine tooth comb every PR I am asked to review. Of course go through and try to catch anything that could result in an issue/bug.
