## Summary

RubyGems 4.0.5 and Bundler 4.0.5 have been released with several improvements. RubyGems adds validation for executable names, fixes gem requirement issues, removes special rake behavior, and updates documentation. Bundler fixes re-execution behavior when version is present in config and corrects source handling for Git and Path sources. Update instructions and SHA256 checksums for manual installation are provided.
