Figma's MCP server now spans the full platform including Figma Slides, FigJam, Figma Make, and the Figma agent. Four real workflows are showcased: (1) a designer advocate uses the MCP server to auto-refresh a presentation deck by pulling content from Slack, Google Drive, and release notes; (2) a PM generates pre-populated FigJam workshop boards from live data across Slack, Asana, Notion, and Hex using a custom skill; (3) a product designer moves designs bidirectionally between canvas and production code via Figma Make, pushing component state changes directly to a GitHub PR; (4) a PM uses the MCP server and Figma agent together to reverse-engineer a code-only screen into Figma, reusing existing design system components and variables. New capabilities include custom font support and a download_assets tool for exporting SVG, PDF, JPG, or PNG directly through the MCP server. Write capabilities are in open beta.
