> I completely agree. I would advise reading Jim Kwik's book Limitless. He teaches this and more great tools to deal with stress more effectively and how to learn and how to read faster.

> I can say the first one is really effective (for me I would tell). It made me feel enthusiastic every day and improved my communication skills. Of course, you won't experience the changes instantly, but once it becomes your habit, you'd know it did.
