The RP2354B features dual-core Arm Cortex-M33 or RISC-V Hazard3 cores at 150 MHz, 520 KB SRAM, and 2 MB stacked flash. The Trion T8F49 FPGA offers 7,384 logic elements, 8 embedded multipliers, and connects to the MCU over SPI. Additional hardware includes 16 Mbit QSPI PSRAM, USB-C, an RGB LED, and castellated holes for GPIO, SPI, I2C, UART, and custom FPGA I/Os. KiCad design files, schematics, C firmware, Python bitstream loader, and an RTL demo project are available on Bitbucket.
