A new allowlists design for Grafana Cloud IP addresses: What you need to know

Grafana Cloud is replacing its fragmented per-product IP allowlist endpoints with a single structured JSON API at allowlists.grafana.net. The new API provides global, per-region, and per-service endpoints, includes traffic direction metadata (ingress/egress), and returns IPv4 CIDR ranges instead of flat IP lists. Legacy endpoints remain functional until January 31, 2027. Users maintaining firewall rules must update their automation to parse the new structured JSON format, rename legacy service identifiers, and test before cutover. BYOC customers must use regional endpoints as they are excluded from the global endpoint.
