The Qiskit Ecosystem has undergone changes to provide the community with a greater role in algorithm and application development. The algorithms have been moved to an independent package, and the applications repositories have been relocated. External partners have become maintainers of the repositories. Legacy dependencies have been cleaned up to simplify the code base.
