Figma Make now includes a properties panel and annotations feature for more precise, visual code editing. The properties panel brings familiar Figma Design controls (spacing, typography, layout, opacity, z-index, border style) directly into Make, letting users adjust elements visually without writing prompts. Annotations allow users to mark specific areas on the canvas and describe changes in natural language for the AI agent to apply. Both features stage edits before consuming credits, and direct manipulation uses fewer tokens than text prompts. Code Connect integration is coming soon to link Figma Design components. The features are rolling out to all Figma Make seats and plans, though the properties panel only works with newly created Make designs.
