The bank reports more than 90% of retail customers now handle routine transactions via self-service channels, with cash volumes across branches and ATMs down 30% since 2020. Its traditional full-service branches fell 18% to 359, while sales-and-service outlets grew from 122 to 215 since mid-2025.
