The AR feature, currently in proof-of-concept stage, will let passengers scan QR codes or set points of interest to navigate terminals. The app, launched in 2022 and available on Android, iOS, and Huawei AppGallery, currently has about 150,000 active quarterly users despite Acsa handling millions of passengers. Parking remains the most-used feature.
