The latest version delivers up to 30% cost improvement compared to the June 2026 release for lower-concurrency and variable workloads. Existing Snowflake users can upgrade standard warehouses with a simple configuration change and zero downtime, retaining existing configurations, access controls, and monitoring metrics.
