Advantech has launched a new family of industrial edge AI platforms powered by the Qualcomm Dragonwing IQ-9075 processor. The lineup includes the AOM-6741 SMARC module, ASR-A503 and AFE-A503 robotic controllers, and the AIR-055 edge AI system. These platforms deliver up to 100 TOPS (200 TOPS sparse) of AI performance, support up to 16 concurrent cameras, and integrate ISP and VPU with MIPI-CSI, USB 3.0, and Gigabit Ethernet interfaces. The heterogeneous Arm-based architecture combines an eight-core Kryo Gen 6 CPU with a real-time microcontroller subsystem for deterministic, low-latency industrial workloads. Advantech also provides a software ecosystem including BSP Launcher, Edge AI SDK, and a ROS2-based Robotics Suite to streamline development.
