The Jetson T3000 features a Blackwell GPU with 1,536 CUDA cores, 32 GB LPDDR5X memory, and up to 865 FP4 TFLOPS within a 70-W envelope, while the T2000 offers 1,024 CUDA cores, 16 GB memory, and up to 400 FP4 TFLOPS for lower-power applications like autonomous mobile robots.
