## Summary

Prisma shares how they restructured their engineering process around AI agents, moving beyond autocomplete to full agentic engineering. The key insight: agent capability wasn't the bottleneck — organizational context was. They built three things: Drive (a project-based development process replacing sprints), the Maker role (a product engineer owning outcomes end-to-end with agents executing tasks), and Ignite (a documentation monorepo giving agents cross-repo context via four layers: Standards, Technology, Domain, and Plans).
