The system ingests order form PDFs, extracts structured fields, classifies contract terms against an auditor-managed playbook, and flags novel clauses using semantic similarity. Auditors retain full control via an editable rules engine stored in Snowflake, with every decision logged for audit trail purposes. Results include a 70% reduction in review time and full population coverage without linear headcount growth. The architecture is being extended to other document types.
