Agentic SDLC - Future of Software Development

I am impressed by the fact that AI can now be responsible for almost every task that requires much of human labor and reasoning.
I am not at all against AI, nor integrating AI into our everyday tasks.
But I have this alert.
I have tried to generate an illustration about how AI would change our world, both in good direction and bad.
I have worked with several AI-powered image generators for hours, with different prompts…
But failed.
I couldn’t remove ghost hands, extra foot, prism shaped screens.
And I thought, if this single process with AI includes this much irresistible errors and mistakes, how can we rely on a whole AI-powered system?
Agentic SDLC is oriented to minimum or zero human effort, isn’t it?
However who can ensure that there’s no ghost hand, nor remote foot in the result of that system?
Therefore I must say that, introducing fully agentic systems is over trusting AI and we should never forget that AI is statistical, and not more than combination of patterns no matter how big is the dimension of the feature vector is.

The Agentic SDLC promises 10x output, but it also creates a 10x Validation Debt. If an agent can ship a feature in minutes, the human bottleneck moves from writing the code to verifying its security and intent. We’re going to need Agentic Testing to keep up with Agentic Development, or we’re just going to automate the creation of technical debt.

The chain holds up while each stage produces something the next agent can act on. As soon as one of them produces something only a person can read, everything backs up behind that person.
