Datatec Group reported strong financial results for the year ended February 2026, with underlying EPS up 35% to 48.2 US cents and profit after tax rising to $108.7 million from $69.3 million. The JSE-listed technology distribution and services group credited enterprise AI infrastructure investment and cybersecurity demand as key growth drivers. Westcon International, its largest division, saw cybersecurity reach 52% of category sales. Logicalis International grew cloud-related revenue 23% to $506 million. The group also disclosed a $38.4 million Brazilian tax credit win and made three small bolt-on acquisitions in cybersecurity and IT services. Datatec flagged geopolitical uncertainty as an outlook risk while noting AI infrastructure spending is expected to continue driving demand.
