AliasVault is an open source, end-to-end encrypted password manager that also generates email aliases and fictional identities for each service you sign up to. Unlike Bitwarden or Proton Pass, it combines credential storage with receive-only email aliasing under one roof. It requires no email at signup, uses a zero-knowledge architecture, and can be self-hosted via Docker or used via a cloud version hosted in Germany. Browser extensions are available for all major browsers. The tool is still in beta and lacks bulk credential management and two-way alias email, but the core experience is polished. Import is supported from 1Password, Bitwarden, Chrome, Firefox, KeePass, and others.
