Compared to the previous AGRW027, it offers ~45% more logic resources, ~45% more DSP resources, and ~43% more block RAM. Key specs include a quad-core Arm Cortex-A53 at up to 1.41 GHz, 3.9M logic elements, 12,300 DSP/AI blocks, 18.4 TFLOPS single precision, dual 8-channel ADC/DACs at 64 Gsps covering 0.1–36 GHz RF range, DDR5/LPDDR5 memory support, PCIe 4.0, up to 400 GbE networking, and AES-256/SHA-256 security.
