# Amazon Connect Customer now supports scheduling tasks up to 90 days in advance

## Summary

Amazon Connect Customer now allows organizations to schedule tasks up to 90 days in advance, up from the previous limit. This enables planning and routing of long-running follow-up work, such as multi-step insurance claim workflows. Tasks can be scheduled via the StartTaskContact API, flows, or the agent workspace, and the feature is available in all commercial and AWS GovCloud (US) regions.
