No AWS account, credentials, or software installation is required for recipients. Developers can configure URL validity duration and session limits, and users are automatically routed to nearby streaming locations. Stream URLs can be managed via the console or four new APIs: CreateStreamUrl, GetStreamUrl, ListStreamUrls, and RevokeStreamUrl.
