Amazon MSK now offers broker logs for Express Brokers at no extra cost, enabling troubleshooting of connectivity and availability issues while providing insights into broker behavior during rebalances or failovers. The logs integrate with CloudWatch Logs and S3, and can be enabled via the MSK Console or AWS CLI for both new and existing Express brokers. Express brokers deliver up to 3x more throughput, scale 20x faster, and reduce recovery time by 90% compared to Standard brokers.
