Amazon MWAA Serverless now emits workflow and task state change events to Amazon EventBridge. This eliminates the need for custom polling logic to monitor Airflow workflow execution. Teams can use these events to trigger alerts on failures, auto-restart dependent pipelines when upstream workflows succeed, or log state transitions to S3 for compliance. The feature is available in all regions where MWAA Serverless is supported.
