These chips pair Zen 5 cores with RDNA 3.5 graphics and an XDNA2 NPU, targeting industrial automation applications. The 8-12 core models offer TDPs between 15 and 54W, 16 lanes of PCIe Gen 4, and are rated for 24/7 operation with a 10-year lifetime. They are also certified for AMD ROCm use. Silicon production is planned for Q3, with reference boards arriving in H2.
