The processors claim up to 2.1x higher multithread CPU performance over Intel Core Ultra Series 3 and 3x higher peak FP32 performance versus NVIDIA Jetson Thor T5000. Alongside the CPUs, AMD launched the Kria AI SoM — a COM-HPC module with 16-core Zen 5, RDNA 3.5 iGPU, XDNA 2 NPU, and up to 128GB LPDDR5x — and the Kria AI Robotics Developer Platform, which pairs the SoM with a Spartan UltraScale+ FPGA carrier board featuring automotive camera inputs, CAN-FD, EtherCAT/TSN networking, and an IMU.
