AnduinOS 2.0 is a major rebuild of the AnduinOS Linux distribution, now officially maintained by AIURSOFT LIMITED. The release moves away from fragile Bash-based remastering to a fully declarative build pipeline using custom tooling (aosproj & apkg) and debootstrap, producing 56 modular .deb packages. Built on Ubuntu 26.04 LTS with Linux Kernel 7, it ships a desktop-optimized kernel profile, blocks snapd and telemetry at CI level, replaces default fonts, and swaps legacy apps for modern GTK4/libadwaita equivalents. A single ~2.5GB ISO covers 28 languages with a Unicode-aware GRUB menu. New first-party tools include an Appearance settings app and a GDM wallpaper picker with Fluent theming. System updates are handled purely via standard apt, and all source code is GPL-v3 licensed on GitHub.
