Anduril has closed a $5 billion Series H funding round at a $61 billion valuation, more than doubling its valuation from $30.5 billion just under a year ago. The round was led by Thrive Capital and Andreessen Horowitz. The raise follows the defense tech company doubling its revenue to $2.2 billion in 2025. Anduril has also secured several new contracts, including participation in the U.S. Space Force's 'golden dome' missile defense system, a Dutch Ministry of Defense contract, and a U.S. Army battle manager software deal. The broader defense tech sector is seeing significant VC interest, with Shield AI, Hermeus, and Helsing also raising large rounds recently.
