Microsoft has released new Windows 11 Insider Preview builds for the Beta and Experimental channels, including the first build of Windows 11, version 26H2 for the Experimental channel. Version 26H2 is the yearly second-half major update, delivered via an enablement package (eKB) requiring only a single restart. Devices on Windows 11, version 26H1 cannot update directly to 26H2 due to a different Windows core. New builds released include Beta Build 26220.8690, Experimental Build 26300.8697, and several others for 26H1 and Future Platforms variants.
