LinkedIn and Cornell Ann S. Bowers College of Computing and Information Science have announced their 2024 grant recipients as part of a five-year partnership. Eight recipients — four faculty members and four doctoral students — are conducting research across topics including long-term user behavior modeling on social networks, algorithmic fairness, LLM-powered knowledge graph reasoning, privacy-enhancing technologies, multi-sided fairness in recommendation systems, personalized LLM language generation, multi-GPU cluster efficiency for generative inference, and safe reinforcement learning for healthcare and conversational agents.
