Ansible is a homoiconic language, similar to Lisp, where code and data have the same form. Ansible also has syntactic macros and can execute YAML files. It provides JSON templating and allows for the generation of syntax with tasks. These macros are non-hygenic, and Ansible can be considered a 'spiritual' Lisp.
