The Apache Flink Community is pleased to announce the third bug fix release of the Flink 2.1 series.
This release includes 5 bug fixes, vulnerability fixes, and minor improvements for Flink 2.1. Below you will find a list of all bug fixes and improvements (excluding improvements to the build infrastructure and build stability). For a complete list of all changes see: JIRA.

Apache Flink 2.1.3 is a bug fix release for the Flink 2.1 series, addressing 5 bugs and vulnerability fixes. Key fixes include MiniBatchGroupAggFunction silently dropping records, GCS file system retry failures on 503 errors, a proxy connection pool poisoning issue due to missing 'Connection: close' headers, and invalid SQL generation from limit() without an order clause. A pemja dependency upgrade to 0.5.7 is also included. All users are strongly recommended to upgrade.
