Apache Flink Agents 0.3.0 Release Announcement

Apache Flink Agents 0.3.0 is a preview release of a streaming Agent OS designed for enterprise, production-grade AI agent workloads. Key additions include Agent Skills support (Python and Java), Mem0-based long-term memory replacing vector-store implementations, a declarative YAML API for agent configuration, cross-language actions between Python and Java, a durable reconciler for fault recovery, and Apache Fluss as an action state store backend.
