Arc Raiders by Embark Studios took home three awards at the 18th Nordic Game Awards in Malmö, Sweden: Nordic Game of the Year, Best Technology, and Best Audio. Split Fiction won Best Game Design, while Battlefield 6 was nominated in three categories but won nothing. Swedish studios dominated, claiming five of seven awards. Danish studios won Best Debut (Discounty) and Best Fun for Everyone (Lego Voyagers). The People's Choice Award went to Lootbound by Artdock Games from Moldova. The ceremony also honored Ukrainian game studios and conferred legendary status on audio designer Ari Pulkkinen.
