Atari reported 66% revenue growth to $65 million for fiscal year 2025-26, its highest in over a decade, largely driven by the acquisition of Swedish publisher Thunderful. However, the consolidated group posted a $5.5 million net loss and $7.7 million operating loss, with Thunderful alone losing $8.8 million at the operating level. Atari's core business excluding Thunderful returned to slim profitability with $0.1 million net income. Key highlights include 30 game releases, 83% hardware revenue growth, acquisition of five Ubisoft IP titles, raising its Thunderful stake to 97%, and post-period acquisitions of Implicit Conversions and Crossy Road maker Hipster Whale for $29.3 million.
