AWS HealthOmics now streams workflow engine logs to Amazon CloudWatch in real time. This enables researchers, bioinformaticians, and workflow developers to monitor execution progress live, including orchestration events, task scheduling, import/export activity, and full stack traces on errors. Users can set up CloudWatch alarms, build dashboards, and integrate with existing observability tooling. The feature is available for Nextflow, WDL, and CWL workflow runs across all AWS HealthOmics regions.
