AWS IoT Device SDK for Swift reached general availability, bringing MQTT 5, Device Shadow, Jobs, and fleet provisioning to Swift developers across macOS, iOS, tvOS, and Linux. Amazon RDS for SQL Server now supports Bring Your Own Media (BYOM), letting customers reuse existing SQL Server licenses via Microsoft's License Mobility program. Amazon Cognito gains multi-Region replication for near-real-time identity data sync across 16 Regions. OpenAI's GPT-5.5, GPT-5.4, and Codex are now generally available on Amazon Bedrock.
