GitHub has revamped its blocked-users management tools for personal accounts and organizations. New capabilities include searching by username, full name, or email; sorting and paginating long lists; filtering by block reason such as spam, misconduct, or harassment; adding private moderation notes; viewing and editing block settings; and seeing who applied an organization block and when it expires. The search and blocking flows are also now separated to reduce accidental blocks. The feature is accessible via Settings → Moderation → Blocked users.
