Datadog now offers native integrations for major AI coding and chat agents — including Claude Code, Claude.ai, ChatGPT, Codex, OpenCode, and Cursor — via the Datadog MCP Server. These integrations let engineers query live telemetry (logs, metrics, traces, incidents, monitors, dashboards) directly from their AI agent of choice using natural language, eliminating context switching during debugging and incident response. CLI-based agents install with a single command and /ddsetup, while desktop/chat platforms use OAuth or marketplace connectors. All integrations share the same underlying MCP Server, providing consistent access to telemetry queries, incident lookup, monitor status, profiling, alert correlation, and infrastructure management across every platform.
