BTQ Technologies has completed its acquisition of QPerfect SA, a French quantum software company based in Strasbourg, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. QPerfect brings three key technologies to BTQ's portfolio: MIMIQ (a quantum emulator capable of stable 100+ qubit simulations), Digital Twin (software-based quantum system modeling), and the Quantum Logical Unit (QLU) control framework for fault-tolerant quantum systems. The acquisition supports BTQ's mission of building trusted quantum infrastructure for the post-quantum cryptography transition, targeting defense, telecommunications, and critical infrastructure sectors. QPerfect will continue operating from Strasbourg within the European Center for Quantum Sciences ecosystem.
