Lucid's AI features for visual collaboration are demonstrated across three areas: AI-powered diagram generation from text prompts (supporting flowcharts, BPMN, ERD, network, UML, and cloud architecture diagrams), AI brainstorming and sticky note sorting/summarization in Lucid Spark whiteboards, and integration via Lucid's MCP server. The MCP server enables AI agents in IDEs to create, fetch, and update Lucid diagrams programmatically — demonstrated through a workflow where a codebase is analyzed, diagrams are auto-generated and shared with a security team, reviewer comments are incorporated, and code changes are synced back. A new conversational Process Agent is also previewed, allowing users to describe processes in natural language and iteratively build flowcharts with AI assistance.
