A new intelligent semantic layer in Dataverse Search enables true business data understanding, allowing Copilot to reason over CRM records, opportunities, and custom entities without app switching. Organizations can also capture procedural knowledge from existing workflows to guide Copilot behavior. A Dataverse MCP server provides agents built in Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, or Azure AI Foundry with structured, secure access to business data.
