I thought the hardest part would be rendering tooltips. It wasn't. The real challenge was **_reducing the amount of work required to create and maintain product onboarding_**. Most onboarding tools still expect developers to: - Write tour configurations manually - Update selectors after every UI change - Deploy code for simple content edits - Repeat the same setup across projects I wanted a different workflow.
