The author documents seven real clinical workflows using Arazzo — including SMART on FHIR patient retrieval, patient registration upsert, appointment scheduling (Argonaut pattern), medication prescribing with safety checks, lab order-to-results, care plan management, and questionnaire capture. Each workflow encodes the actual sequence of FHIR calls, making implicit steps like allergy checks and CapabilityStatement discovery explicit, reviewable, and reusable.
