Cerebras raised $5.5 billion in its IPO, pricing shares at $185 — well above its initial range of $115–$125 — giving the company a fully-diluted valuation of $56.4 billion. The AI chip maker, which designs large chips purpose-built for AI inference, had previously shelved IPO plans due to CFIUS review concerns over a major investment from Abu Dhabi-based Group 42 and heavy revenue concentration. The path cleared after Cerebras reported $510 million in 2025 revenues (up 76% YoY) and a swing to $237.8 million net income. The company now counts OpenAI, G42, and AWS among its customers.
