Deepthi Nidwannaya has had a significant impact on the success of her team at Confluent, driving forward the build of the Commit Estimator platform. She has grown and changed by leading the re-architecting of the estimator platform and deepening her expertise in system development and deployment. Deepthi has learned skills in re-architecting systems, design, databases, Go app development, and cloud solutions. She plans to work on increasingly complex projects, drive strategic projects, and mentor emerging talent at Confluent.
