Attackers used automated tools and credentials from third-party sources to access Chick-fil-A One loyalty accounts, stealing names, email addresses, membership numbers, Chick-fil-A credit balances, mobile pay numbers, and partial payment card details. Some accounts also exposed birth dates, phone numbers, and addresses. The company responded by logging out affected accounts, removing payment methods, restoring balances, and adding rewards as compensation.
