Attackers used username/password pairs from previous third-party breaches to gain unauthorized access, potentially exposing names, emails, membership numbers, QR codes, reward balances, partial payment card numbers, and optional profile details like phone numbers and addresses. Chick-fil-A reset passwords and ended active sessions for affected accounts.
